Goals can be boring. But if we don’t have a clear idea of what we want our website to achieve, we won’t find a way of getting there. We can, in the discovery phase of our step-by-step process, help you articulate the goals in a collaborative manner, if required.
Time
Building an effective website makes heavy demands on your time. No way round that. In the weeks of site building and a little before that, we expect your 100% involvement. It’s impossible to build anything worthwhile without serious time commitments.

Senior level involvement
It’s important that agreement on goals has the backing and involvement of the owner, key stakeholder, CEO or what-have-you. Setting aside time to participate in the building process is a must. If the key person’s involvement cannot be assured, we will decline the project. It is that important, really.

Budget
To create a brand’s unique voice on the web and be successful at propagating it takes money. For the site to work hard 24×7 while we are asleep takes money. That’s just the way it is. If we want our website to pay us back handsomely – and it will when done right – we have to treat it as an investment.
